At Skin Care by Ana, I have set out to bring you an environment where the highest levels of skin care are provided to nurture your skin. It is my goal to make a difference in the lives I touch by offering the highest level of service in the most relaxing environment for my clients.
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, I recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift Certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. I hold this information as part of my cancellation policy and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of my cancellation policy are provided below.

Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Your treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice or no show will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. I recognize the time of my clients and mine is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.
When you schedule your appointment with me, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, you may choose your method of payment.
Please arrive on time. If you are going to be 10 minutes late I will need to make changes to your service to accommodate the time we have left in your appointment. At 15 minutes late we will need to reschedule your appointment. The full service fee will be charged as it is then considered a missed appointment. This applies to all facial treatments.
In the case of a pre-paid series of appointments, the missed appointment is forfeited.
Series of Treatments:
Treatment Series Packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be shared or split. If you wish to discontinue a treatment series your balance may be used toward other services. Treatment Series Packages must be completed within six months of the date of purchase.
Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at my studio or online. Unfortunately, I am unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash and are non-transferable. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment. Good for services only.
Product Return Policy:
It is my mission to provide you with the highest quality of skin care products with my services. Unfortunately, I cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead, an in-studio credit will be provided for any unopened products returned within 2 weeks of purchase to be used on any other products or spa services available here at Skin Care by Ana.
There are no refunds issued for services rendered, series packages, or gift certificates.
